1. How should I care for my Chip Tree?

To clean: Disassemble the Chip tree and remove chips. Use a mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water. Use a clean soft cloth, applying only light pressure. Rinse with clean water and dry by blotting with a damp cloth or chamois. Caution, do not use any window cleaning sprays, scouring compounds or any other harsh solvents to clean the Chip tree.

To dust: Use a soft, damp cloth or chamois. Dry or gritty cloths may cause surface scratches.

2. How fast will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders by the next business day. An e-mail will be sent when your order has been shipped.

3. Does H&H Innovations charge sales tax?

H&H Innovations, Inc is based in Pennsylvania. All orders shipped to locations inside of Pennsylvania will be charged the 6% state sales tax.

4. Do you accept international orders?

Absolutely. We are happy to ship our product anywhere in the world. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. If this will be an issue for your location, please contact us and we'll make other shipping arrangements for you.

5. How do I return a product?

Our complete return policy can be found on our Customer Care page. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting customer service.

6. What is your warranty policy?

We manufacture the Chip Tree line of products. We stand behind the quality of the workmanship. We guarantee that the Chip Tree you purchase will be free of any manufacturers defect.
